How Temperature Transmitter Works
The temperature transmitter uses a sensing element (e.g. RTD or Thermocouple) to detect the temperature of the process media. The change in resistance or thermoelectric voltage is converted into a stable and linear output signal (4–20 mA or digital), which is proportional to the measured temperature.
