Many customers set up vendor relationships with Live Automation so that they can have a “one stop shop” for all their components, reducing their requirement to set up multiple vendor relationships internally. Do you need a $200 PLC card but don’t have a relationship with the local vendor? Do you really want to involve your purchasing department, set up a new vendor, wait days or weeks for credit approvals, and then finally get your part?

Additionally, when working with distributors to source your industrial automation parts, the customer is often limited as the distributors are locked into selling only components from their line cards.  To provide our customers with more flexibility and convenience, we maintain relationships with multiple vendors to provide the most appropriate, cost effective parts at the time customers need them. And in the case where your original part is now obsolete or difficult to source, rest assured, our technical support team can quickly handle that too.
